Now I feel like a nomad. I've moved yet to another room (temporarily) because my old room is being "renovated" or whatever it is you call it.
Since coming home to live with my parents at my maternal grandmother's 62-year-old ancestral house, I still haven't sorted all the things I've brought home with me. Partly because I'm too lazy, partly because I hang out with my friends a lot and got no time to do it, but 40% is partly because I still want to go back to Cebu knowing that things are still/already packed... I'm a hopeless case.
But the fact that my Barks are here with me, I can't just turn my back (and run away) again.
And especially now that I'm back working on a fabulous project with my beloved EV MAIL 2.POINT.O Lifestyle Update, it's something I'm really excited about and you guys ought to watch out for our grand comeback. *cross fingers*
Short recap of last night's goodah: *Not a lot of new things to post so this is pretty much same ol' stuff. We had dinner, then played poker, then played the Bisaya Scrabble! ^_^
I was just so fascinated by the bisaya version/Botete parody of Flo Rida and T Pain's hit "Low", performed by DJ Oye. Subsequently, I decided to post the song in this album as well. Enjoy mo mga bisdak!
This is for my Barks & Co. Let me consider this as my homecoming weekend escape... Where else? To the beach!!!
...And as usual, there's poker, a lot of liquor, good friends, crazy conversations, and another sleepless night!

FACT: Ostrich eggs are so strong that an adult human can stand on one and it will not break.
As it was about to rain this afternoon, we managed to pull over at Big Foot and looked at the ostriches... and took pictures of course... AND we were even lucky to hold an egg. Tee hee!
Sulpa Island is probably best known not because of its ever-changing currents and some sea urchins, but because of the publicity it got when it was shown on BALITANG BISDAK about Japanese people shooting a porn movie there. LOL! For real.
We didn't stay too long though because in spite of the great weather God has given us today, we can't really fight the forces of nature. That being the rainy season as well as the crazy weather we're getting due to the typhoon, Butchoy.
We were glad we got back to Mactan before 3 p.m. because by then it had started raining... and it was coming down really bad!!!
Our next stop was Caohagan Island, just about 5-10 minutes away from Gilutungan. We were going to go to Nalusuan but they raised their entrance fees so high that we decided otherwise.
Caohagan had a pretty neat small sand bar. We got to frolic in the water for some time before we had our lunch specialty of grilled food. The Barks always have that.
Much to our surprise, the island was having a fiesta and thus, a short fluvial parade. Cool!

First stop is Gilutongan Island.
Drats! We weren't able to buy an underwater camera. The fish sanctuary is amazing. When you feed the fish with bread, they'd come to your side and even bite the bread off your hand... and they bite you, too! Couldn't take pix of those rainbow(?), purplish blue-colored fish :( A really good place to go snorkelling.
... poker night and blackjack... a beautiful sunrise after 5 bottles of brandy and a case of beer. In short, hubog na gyud kaayo mi ani nga time.
