Another rainy and cold December night... we decided to have Japanese food for dinner ;)

Yet another gastronomical experience! ;)

Brought to you exclusively by Ramen Girl and Noodle Boy.

I was gonna do a blog about the whole Lenten season and post pictures from the bisita iglesia, but then I reckon so many people have posted the same things... of different variations... so instead, here's a little diversion.

My Good Friday dinner. =^_^= WHATEVER HAPPENED TO FASTING???  I know my "SushiMai" is nowhere near perfect but it's absolutely the same freaking delicious thing you pay for a hundred bucks or more in a Japanese resto. Kore wa ii sushi desu! Itadakimasu! Nam nam nam...

Hope you guys have a blessed Holy Week!

In the mood for Japanese tonight (not because we ran out of gasul) after a month of learning how to make my own sushi & sashimi... Saved a lot rather than dining out at over-priced Jap restos.

It's supposed to be BFF Monday today but unfortunately, my bestie, JiaWenNi got sick today :( Get well soon my peanut butter bean. This album is for you... Para maglaway ka! Hahahaha!

Another successful home-made Japanese meal...

Me: I'm sooooo fat.
BFF: No, you just got fat 5 minutes ago.

That's what my BFF supplied after we had a sushi feast at home.

It's BFF Monday and no one was really in the mood to go out after we pulled an all nighter talking and discussing the meaning of life and love. HA HA HA! Sappy, huh!? Me and my peanut butter bestie, DappyDapoieee, celebrated my return to the Queen City of the South with a serious food trip and a fun sleepover.

Short recap of the night:
1. Sunday night Kung Fu Panda movie date. Two bottles of beer and big-sized Tater's iced tea.
2. SEX. That's Sinangag EXpress to you!
3. Brandy and coke gab fest.
4. Batchoy.

The next morning we decided to skip shower and head out to the supermarket to purchase everything needed for an all out all-you-can-eat sushi lunch. It made a lot of sense than going out to RRK and pay at least P800 for 2 people. For 800 bucks, we managed to buy 1 kilo of japanese rice, nori, sushi mat, wasabe, Kikkoman, kane, cucumber, mangoes, cane vinegar, mayo, and 1/2 kilo of maguro. Doesn't that sound a lot more practical? Well, it is and so we did just that!

Mondays with my BFF are really something. I sure am going to miss this when I leave Cebu for good. *sigh* Even good things don't really last forever... :(
