HELP! My dad thinks we got a fake unsigned CR. There are a lot of incidents and issues surrounding fake CRs and ORs released due to those hot cars in Region VII and the Toledo memorandum.
Can anyone verify that this is indeed Mr. Alberto Suansing's signature and not something like a pentel pen mark for the figure 100?
